Info products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the content. To request, submit your order number via contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Once digital content is accessed, no refund will be issued.

7.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused condition with original packaging. To initiate, contact us via contact form for a return authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
